We’re stoked to bring you GOAT Moments tees across the UAE! Here’s our exchange policy (note that refunds aren’t available, and special rules apply for customized items).

Standard T-Shirts Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Exchanges for size change are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging!

• Fee: A flat fee applies to cover the pickup of the old item and redelivery of the new size.

Customized T-Shirts

• Policy: Any T-shirt personalized with a Name & Number (e.g., "RICE 41" or your own name) is Final Sale. Because these are made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size changes. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering!

Defective or Incorrect Items In the event of any issues with your order, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@goatmoments.com so that we can address the matter and resolve it to your satisfaction.
