We’re stoked to bring you GOAT Moments tees across the UAE! Here’s our exchange policy (note that refunds aren’t available, and special rules apply for customized items).

Standard T-Shirts Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Exchanges for size change are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging!

• Fee: A flat fee applies to cover the pickup of the old item and redelivery of the new size.

  • Abu Dhabi - AED 35

Customized T-Shirts

• Policy: Any T-shirt personalized with a Name & Number (e.g., "RICE 41" or your own name) is Final Sale. Because these are made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size changes. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering!
  

GOAT LED Frames

• Damaged or Faulty Items: 
  Every frame is quality checked before dispatch. If your frame arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund - no questions asked.
  
  
• Change of Mind: Each GOAT LED Frame is custom printed to order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel or adjust it.

Order Issues
Received the wrong design or size? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement.
