  • 2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this Website.

  • 2.2 Account Registration: To purchase Products or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

  • 2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products and Orders

  • 3.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our Products. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are complete or error-free.

  • 3.2 Pricing: Prices for Products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in AED and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs.

  • 3.3 Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include errors in pricing, availability of Products, or other issues.

  • 3.4 Accuracy of Customization: For Customized Products, you are solely responsible for ensuring the spelling, grammar, and accuracy of the Name and Number provided. We are not responsible for errors in user-submitted customization data.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • 5.1 Shipping: We will provide an estimated delivery time for your order, but actual delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

  • 5.2 Territory: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • 5.3 Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • 6.1 Standard Return Policy: Our return policy is outlined on our Return and Refund Policy Page. Please review it for details on how to return eligible Products and obtain exchanges.

  • 6.2 Customized Products (Final Sale): With reference to Customized Products (e.g., T-shirts with added Name & Number), these items are "made to order" specifically for each client. Accordingly, GOAT Moments does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for any Customized Products, including requests for size exchanges.

  • 6.3 Defective or Damaged Items: In the event a Product(s) shows print defects or gets damaged while in transit, you will be requested to provide clearly visible photos, videos, or both of the damage, including packaging if applicable, to contact@goatmoments.com.

    • GOAT Moments may elect to replace the defective or damaged Product(s) in GOAT Moments’ sole discretion following a review of the photos/videos submitted (“Damage Review”).

    • Requirements for Damage Review: When requesting a Damage Review, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

      • (a) photos/videos or both of the damage must be received by GOAT Moments no fewer than forty-eight (48) hours following the indicated delivery date of the applicable Order;

      • (b) products, when printed, may vary slightly from the Content as displayed on-screen due to monitor calibration. Such minor deviation shall not be deemed a defect;

      • (c) the remedies provided for above are your sole remedies for any defective Product.

7. Intellectual Property

  • 7.1 Ownership: All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of GOAT Moments or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • 7.2 Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our express written permission.

  • 7.3 Artistic Disclaimer: Our T-Shirt designs are original art drawings created by GOAT Moments and are inspired by the style of famous athletes. They are not official merchandise, nor are they intended to be a representation or likeness endorsed by any specific celebrity, club, or federation. Any similarities are artistic interpretations. These items are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

8. User Content

  • 8.1 Submission: By submitting any content to the Website (e.g., reviews, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content.
